Metro Pcs in elgin - LG

I bought a phone It froze up and the screen got fuzzy. Went to exchange for a new phone the next day said it was the next business day.Would not exchange would not let me return.This PLACE IN OUT TO GET YOU..... It was a metro pcs store and metro pcs has not controll over there retailers.. So they can not help. But if you fell like going to metro pcs go to the one in clocktower plaza.. they seemed nice they would help me if i bought my phone there..they would have exchanged it no problem..
